Legs and Back. My thighs hurt. But, I was able to hold the chair salutations for the whole times. And the regular wall sits.
But I will say, the first 25 minutes of the workout kinda bummed me out. I was in a funk. And then I fucking brought it.
I need a pull…
yea dawg. I just looked it up. AND HOLD THE PHONE. Those women are RIPPED! Wowzer. I might just look up some lightweight, flousy workout that’s gonna get me toned, or help me loose these god-forsaken love handles. In any case, you’ve guilted me into working out…finally.
you’re welcome ;)
but seriously, you’ll look so sexy (not saying that you don’t now, but), you’ll feel good, and yeah.
Foreverlolz. thanks, max.

I need a pull up bar.
Seeing how awesome you make it sound, I’m considering trying that ish out. 90 days for the best shape of my life, you say? I might take it :)
Consider the stars fading overhead,
A stranger passing on the bridge,
Random words overheard.
Forget astrology.
Take the stars literally,
The bridge as metaphor,
The stranger as familiar.
Take metaphor as metaphor.
Carry the stranger over
To Orion at zenith,
To a noir hero
In the shadows of the pier.
Every step desire.
Every step disaster.
It isn’t written in the stars.
It is written in a constellation
Of syllables collapsing
Along your synapses
Into electric silence.” —Greg Hewett
just want to see the world. all of it.
